Intestinal Structure Instructions – Promoting Good Intestinal Bacteria

The different sections of the intestine contain different intestinal bacteria due to the different environment. This should be taken into account when constructing the casing. The intestinal structure of the small intestine flora is the content of this article. The intestinal structure of the colon flora is discussed here: Build up intestinal flora

Intestinal structure: feeding intestinal bacteria of the small intestine flora

Before you build up your small intestine flora, you should think about intestinal cleansing to make it easier for the lactobacilli to settle: Intestinal Cleansing Guide, How to cleanse your entire intestine, you can find out here: Intestinal Cleansing Guide

The intestinal flora cocktails that now follow aim at this end. Primary: Build up small intestine flora, secondary: Build up large intestine flora.

The lactobacillus is predominant mainly in the small intestine, so I thought I would gather all information about the genus Lactobacillus. If you want to read my article “Lactobacillus” at times, but here are the facts in short form:

Important Lactobacilli Facts

  1. Compared to the Bifidobacteria, there are very many species and strains.
  2. lactobacilli are very demanding, they are based on essential substances such as carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and nucleic acid derivatives, which they cannot produce themselves. These substances can be found in small intestine. (The large intestine can’t provide that.)
  3. Milk (even if it is unnatural to consume milk products in adulthood) is predestined to be the environment of Lactobacillus. Lactobacilli find everything they need here. If you don’t tolerate lactose so well, you should still read on. It’s definitely worth it.
  4. Your Energy source are the following carbohydrates: dextrins, glucose, fructose, maltose, sucrose, lactose and maltotriose

So you have to take the following things into consideration when writing Darma structure:

  1. Supply as many different Lactobacillus species as possible to keep the most suitable for your individual diet and digestion. At the beginning, I chose probiotic preparations with few different species, so that they can spread quickly and level the soil for future populations. I did another search for that. ? href=”/?page_id=1914″>Probiotics comparison
  2. Milk should be in the game, even if the small intestine does not produce any lactase or only little lactase due to dysbiosis. Every milk substitute, which can also be used to make yoghurt, can also replace milk in the following intestinal flora cocktails.
  3. carbohydrates must also be present, depending on incompatibilities glucose is probably the most suitable sugar. However, in case of a candida you have to be careful with all fast sugars.
  4. To get the probiotics everywhere we need flohseed husks as carrier material. The bifidobacteria look forward to the flea seed shells in the colon.

I have spent about 1 week for each of the next stages. But actually, I went by feeling. When I noticed positive changes, I went to the next stage of the intestinal flora cocktail. I was only careful with stage 3 because of the milk or lactose. But this caution was not necessary after the intestinal cleansing and the first stages of intestinal flora build-up. :-)

Wann und wie oft?

Just as with Intestinal Cleansing I took these intestinal flora cocktails in the morning right after getting up and in the evening just before going to bed or brushing my teeth.

Intestinal flora cocktail (level 1)

Until recently, unfortunately, I also had problems with the consumption of dairy products. Yoghurt and cheese were usually no problem. But I still thought I’d start slowly. Next time I will start with Darmflora Cocktail (level 2), if I have done a Intestinal Cleansing beforehand.

  1. take 2 tablets of Bullrich Vital (Amazon) or your favorite carbonate-based base powder to buffer the stomach acid. As many bacteria as possible should survive, the less corrosive the stomach acid, the better for the probiotic.
  2. Mixing in a glass:
    1. a bag of probiotic agent (in powder form) with relatively few bacterial cultures (Symbiolact A or Symbiolact Comp e. g.)
    2. 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks. (This I took)
    3. 1 teaspoonful of dextrose (glucose) with vitamins. E. g.this one here. Carbohydrates are important for our lactobacilli. Also vitamins, as we now know.
    4. Optional:? measuring spoon OptiFibre. To treat the bifidos to otherFutter as well. …)
  3. After mixing the ingredients, pour Water (non-carbonated).
  4. Mix now and drink immediately.
  5. fill the glass again with water and put it down again.

Intestinal flora cocktail (level 2)

  1. take 2 tablets of Bullrich Vital (mazon) or your favorite carbonate-based base powder to buffer the stomach acid.
    3. 1 teaspoon grape sugar (glucose) with vitamins.
    4. Optional:? measuring spoon OptiFibre
  3. After mixing the ingredients, pour (liquid, not the solid) Yoghurt. I do it myself with the help of a thermos flask.
  4. Now QUAL stirring and drink immediately.
  5. Fill the glass with water and put it down again. Yeah, this part is gross, isn’t it?

Intestinal flora cocktail (level 3)

  1. take 2 tablets of Bullrich Vital (mazon) or your favorite carbonate-based base powder to buffer the stomach acid. As many bacteria as possible should survive, the less corrosive the stomach acid, the better for the probiotic.
  2. Mixing in a glass:
    1. a bag of probiotics (in powder form) with many bacterial cultures (Probiotics Protect or Metabolic Shape / / Probiotics comparison).
    2. 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks
    3. 1 teaspoon grape sugar (glucose) with VItamines
    4. Optional: ? -1 scoop of OptiFibre
  3. After mixing the ingredients add milk. You can also mix yoghurt and milk and slowly increase the milk content.
  4. Now stir ORDERLY and drink immediately.
  5. Fill the glass with milk or water and put it back down again. Water or milk? Depending on the sensation or proportionate more or less water or milk. Just try it out!

Intestinal flora cocktail (variant)

  1. take 2 tablets of Bullrich Vital (mazon) or your favorite carbonate-based base powder to buffer the stomach acid. As many bacteria as possible should survive, the less corrosive the stomach acid, the better for the probiotic.
  2. Mixing in a glass:
    1. 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husks
    2. 1 teaspoon grape sugar (glucose) with VItamines
    3. Optional: ? -1 scoop of OptiFibre
  3. After mixing the ingredients, pour the glass with bread and milk.
  4. Now stir ORDERLY and drink immediately.
  5. Fill the glass with milk or water and put it back down again. Water or milk? Depending on the sensation or proportionate more or less water or milk. Just try it out!

The right probiotics

After a long antibiotic treatment with various antibiotics or even broad-spectrum antibiotics, it is important to take the right probiotics. By right I mean that a combination of as few probiotic preparations as possible should be taken as possible with all known lactobacilli, bifidobacteria etc. so that the bacteria suitable for you and your diet can settle:

Glucose in case of candida?

According to stool analysis I had to fight with Clostridium species, so I don’t know much about intestinal remediation in Candida Albicans infestation.

I find it tricky that Candida Albicans as well as Lactobacillus species feed on carbohydrates. Only not of lactose, which most intestinal patients do not tolerate. Therefore you have to watch out and increase it slowly.

But: In this respect I have less idea and would only have to rely on the studies mentioned above, because I could not try it out due to a lack of diagnosis (in my case there were too many Clostridium Sp. because I obviously had too much meat instead of sweets). :-)

In order not to feed Candida in the intestinal structure, Oregano oil could be mixed with it in the intestinal structure. Oder: Instead of glucose you could mix in lactose, because Candida Albicans can’t use it, but lactobacilli can, but you would be too close to diarrhoea again if you have a lactose intolerance. Testing! Slowly increase… have patience.

In order to prevent diarrhoea, the amount of probiotics supplied at the same time must be sufficient to eat the lactose. Ask your doctor or alternative practitioner. Otherwise: try it out, dare slowly and importantly: As always, it is your responsibility what you do. Give feedback here so that others can benefit from it.

According to my understanding, after cleansing the intestine with oregano oil and flea seed husks from 2-3 weeks of Candida Albicans, the studies show that the glucose is either absorbed by the body or metabolized by the lactobacilli.

I am waiting for your experiences when it comes to taking oregano oil at the same time as the intestinal flora cocktails. That would be a competitive advantage for the lactobacilli, if you believe Studies Glauben. Candida Albicans is grafted while the lactobacilli survive because neither carvacrol nor thymol have an effect on lactobacilli in small quantities. I haven’t tried it. Here is the yoghurt test, which proves that despite the addition of oregano oil, at least the starter cultures of the “inoculated”yoghurt were able to produce yoghurt unharmed despite the addition of oregano oil: Effect of oregano oil.

The right nutrition

Clostridia is still low in meat, fish, eggs and a lot of fibre and carbohydrates. With Candida you should avoid everything that Candida Albicans likes. No carbohydrates, but lots of vegetables.

Oregano Oil Capsules against Sin

In the summer, when I threw my beloved Weber Grill and ate properly meat again, I threw in 1 capsule of oregano oil capsules at the same time, so that the Clostridia can’t have a party. The same should apply to Candida. If you just sin a capsule of oregano oil after.

Intestinal reconstruction: Build up colon flora

In one of my first articles (“Building intestinal flora after antibiotics“) I have already presented several intestinal flora cocktails, i. e. homemade mixtures of probiotics and prebiotics. With these intestinal flora cocktails, however, I am primarily concerned with the structure of the colon flora with bifidobacteria, which significantly suppressed clostridia in studies. Hence the choice of prebiotics such as inulin, which should certainly reach the large intestine and are a popular main meal of bifidobacteria. In addition, I rely on probiotics in acid-resistant capsules, which survive the long way to the colon, for the intestinal structure of the colon flora. Bifidobacteria, which predominate in the large intestine and are not very demanding with regard to their food, are particularly important for the development of the colon flora.

Once the small intestinal flora has returned to normal and the digestive system returns, the intestinal flora should be built up: Intestinal flora. You can find out where and which probiotics you can use here: Purchase probiotics.
